Gunvatta Gurukul is a flagship initiative by the Quality Council of India (QCI), designed to nurture and develop a new generation of professionals dedicated to serving the nation. This exclusive 8-week classroom training program aims to equip young professionals with the skills and expertise necessary for impactful engagement with government bodies and contribute towards India’s growth journey in alignment with the vision of 'Developed India 2047'.

Gunvatta Gurukul is committed to:

• Creating a dedicated workforce equipped with essential policy, governance, and analytical skills.
• Providing hands-on learning through research, data analysis, and real-world case studies.
• Bridging the gap between young professionals and government institutions by offering deep insights into public policy frameworks.
• Preparing individuals for potential employment opportunities with QCI and its associated bodies.

• Duration: 8 weeks
• Location: New Delhi
• Eligibility:
  • Recent graduates (from any field of study)
  • Young professionals with 0-2 years of experience (minimum qualification: graduation)

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the Indian governance ecosystem.
• Develop skills in public policy, soft skills, and analytical research.
• Enhance career prospects with potential employment at QCI/Associated Bodies.
• Receive a stipend of INR 15,000 per month.
• Earn a Certificate of Participation upon successful completion.

• QCI does not provide relocation, travel, or accommodation allowances.
